School licence

A normal purchase

Covers one teacher, for their own classes and tutoring. Print as many copies for your own students as you need.

What a department licence adds

• Every teacher at one school site can use, print and adapt the resources for their teaching.
• You can keep the files on your school's own shared drive or password-protected learning platform.
• Students can be given copies for classwork, homework and revision.
• The licence doesn't expire.

What it doesn't allow

• Posting the files on a public website or an open file-sharing site.
• Sharing them with other schools, including other schools in your trust. Each school site needs its own licence.
• Selling or giving the files away.

Buying one

Department licences sit next to each unit bundle, on the lesson pages and in the shop. Your receipt is your proof of licence, so keep it with your department records.
